    Slam dunk in Syracuse.

    Sir, accuse me of anything you want to but do not accuse me of disliking Dunkin Donuts hot chocolate. I think it's amazing! When it's made really creamy and thick and hot in the dead of winter it really does the trick. I've only had it from this location twice and both times it was a winner. Three stars is about the most I will ever give to a corporate chain and as an added bonus they support Liverpool FC.

    Not the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. If I had a choice between this Dunkin and any other coffee place, I'd probably go with the latter. 2 stars for the location, but that's about it. It's not the cleanest place in the world, and the people working don't seem like they enjoy their job too much. It's nice to have a coffee place in the Amtrak train station, but other than convenience, not much else to offer.

    This was the worst service I have ever received from any coffee shop in my life. After the woman in front of me got her coffee I ended up being the sole person being served but had to wait 15 minutes to get change for my 2 coffees. When I expressed frustration for waiting for over 10 minutes one of the other employees (4 in total) looked at me blankly with the five in her hand and told me they were having a shift change. How is a shift change an excuse to essentially shut down your services for 15-20 minutes? Piss poor management!

    Slowest service ever and how do you forget to put egg on a ham egg and cheese sandwich? You will literally make me miss my train!
